We opened our doors in 2012. The first six years have been full of discoveries and treasures--the Bella Natura FAMILY may very well be the greatest of these treasures!

"I love Miss Terri's school and when I grow up, I want to open a school just like this one...where kids can play and move and learn and discover and invent and write stories," Journey told me.  When we decided to move to Indiana, we prayed hard about which school could be right for our family.  We wanted as much time as possible with our little ones, but our outgoing Journey Rae longed for something beyond our home for her school.  Journey has a BIG personality, and she craves adventure and interaction and mental stimulation.  She learns with her whole body and needs to move around as her excitement grows! 

Then, we found Bella Natura and Terri Westmoreland!  Bella is a small, sweet school, just north of Lebanon, where big learning and student-led discoveries were taking place!  Miss Terri is the incredible teacher who founded the school and who smiles through the day and sends pictures and updates of the kids' learning from throughout the day! 

If you are looking for an awesome, wholesome, Christ-centered, student-led Montessori-esque (Reggio) place for your kiddos to learn, there are a couple of spots opening up for next school year!

Bella Natura is a truly wonderful learning adventure!  Miss Terri has a great love for children and the education process.  The environment is one of faith, creativity, safety, love, respect, and acceptance.  Being a mother of a child that attended Bella Natura and also an assistant teacher, I was able to experience, firsthand, the diversity of this unique approach to learning.  The one-on-one instruction enables them to grow at their own pace.  No cookie-cutter classroom here at Bella Natura!
